Fancy a trip to the “beautiful fabled home of a very wealthy man”?
Built in the 19th Century, Castle Coch sits up in the hills along the Taff Gorge just outside of Cardiff, and is a sight to behold. Cited as “one of the greatest Victorian triumphs of architectural composition” by historian David McLees, it is one not to miss. Grand and opulent interiors run through the castle, designed by the ‘eccentric genius’ William Burges.
