I just wanted to congratulate and thank you and your team for the fantastic success of the events to celebrate the inaugural flight of the QR service between Doha and Cardiff. We have had incredibly positive feedback on all the elements of the programme, and having spent an hour with the GCEO yesterday afternoon when he departed from the Airport to Berlin on the Flybe flight, I am confident from his demeanour and the conversation that we had with him, that he has gone away with his connection with Wales and Cardiff significantly enhanced, which was one of our key objectives.

The Gala Dinner was just on a different level to anything that I think we’ve experienced. We have had the most positive feedback from people who without exception felt extremely privileged to have been invited. And having spoken with HE Akbar Al Baker yesterday, we also got the impression that he was very pleased with how it went.

You guys are just amazing, awesome actually! You did us proud, everything looked magnificent and so professional and the night surpassed everyone’s expectations! The whole company is buzzing this morning and Friday night is only thing people are talking about! We have had so many emails and messages thanking us for the best event they have ever been to and it is a testament to your work.

I wanted to say a big thank you for all your hard work last week. I know it was a mammoth task to get set up with such tight turnaround times, but you managed it perfectly, and everything ran smoothly – much to our delight!

On Event Day, the team again were flawless in getting in and setting up. With so many things going on that day, it was great to have the peace of mind that production was all taken care of. Even when we brought timings forward at the last minute, the guys pulled it off with no hassle, and we’re very thankful for it!
